Also given that IBM is ticking away support of older OS releases, V3R6
is the next to go I believe, I think it can be assumed that we should
code for V4 releases. However, if there is a need to code for earlier
releases then someone will step up and port the application to that
level. 
Thetas the beauty of open source, need precipitates the effort.
