Re: Open source ERP vs Whose standards to use?

I would like to suggest that all those involved read Eric S. Raymond's
essay "The Cathedral and the Bazaar" 
http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/writings/cathedral-bazaar. It explains the
open source model totally.
