Steven, All of your points are highly important and valid. Each and every one of them will have to be addressed. I for one, and I'm sure that others who join the list, make a living designing and developing business applications. Hopefully, those that understand the business end of the deal will educate the pure technician, and the technicians will educate in return. Even those that feel that they have nothing of value to contribute may be surprised that their experiences both good and bad are worth sharing and have an important role in shaping the final outcome. Companies like Red Hat and Caldera add value and earn revenue by addressing issues like documentation. Come on over to OPENERP400@midrange.com and help us out some more. J Kilgore.
