Jim,

Personally, I quit converting RPG II to RPG IV.

I study the RPG II program to understand the logic and/or editing and then I 
do a rewrite. With all of the errors that I've run into trying to convert RPG 
II and with all of the rewriting of code pieces that I end up doing anyway, 
I've found that simply rewriting from the start is faster and simpler.
