These same shops also fail to understand that they don't really _want_ technical employees that _don't_ want additional training. Your Redbooks are a godsend to those that perform "closet learning", due to the fact that most don't have Internet access at work and the few hardcopy books available are too pricey for these people to take a chance on getting a bad one...
