If you are asking for a list of all programs using physical file XXXXXX,
then the answer is Yes, sort of. If you do a DSPPGMREF for all programs in
all libraries to a file, then sort that file you'll get a cross reference of
what files are used by what programs. Be aware that if your program uses a
logical file, this list will reflect the logical, not the based on PF.

Hawkeye's Pathfinder will do this and much much more. I would not try to
write my own; there are lots of things to consider, most especially jobs
changing library lists and performing overrides.
