     Check out the Object APIs manual (web page link escapes me at the 
     moment).  At the sending end, CALL QSNDDTAQ.  At the receiving end, 
     CALL QRCVDTAQ, with the option not to wait for entries, to wait for a 
     specified period, or to wait indefinitely.
     
     DTAQ's are extremely fast, and provide a convenient means of 
     asynchronous communication between programs.
     
     Does anyone know how User Queues compare?

How do I use DTAQ's between two RPG programs to exchange data ?
     
Today we use a physical file with the write, read, delete method.
     
Can't find anything about DTAQ's in the RPG IV manuals.....
     
Whats the benefit of using DTAQ's anyway ?
