Checking path name for validity -- RPG400-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Folks:

Does anyone know of a routine or api that will check to see if a IFS object would be valid name?

Currently, we're just trying to create the directory ... but that won't work for a multi-level directory.
