RE: RPG and Null Capable Files

The program I'm doing this in must be able to work with any file on the
system, any name, physical file, logical file, whatever.  Using LVLCHK(*NO)
won't bypass record format names.  "Program described" files don't care what
the real format name is of the file being opened.
