RE: RPG IV and CF-spec "keep it IBM"

I've been asked and replied to this question time after time, and
I'm pretty tired of it.
I've got a list of fixes needed and enhancements that are required
and some that are just "nice to have".
Perhaps laters I'll post them again for the 20th time.
