Bob,

IMHO, the CF-spec is one I would use as soon as it was offered.  The CX-spec was
nice, but it was always my gripe that the space allotted for the expression is
too small.

Bring on the CF-spec!

Please be more specific about: "We need many poorly designed features corrected,
we need consistent designs and several new features".
