× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

AFAIK the CRTBSCF command still exits but you need to have QSYS38 in your
library list.  PDM 
should at least attempt to prompt the CRTBSCF command for source type
BSCF38.

At some point Rochester is likely to drop support for the S/38 environment
so a move to ICF is 
recommended.

I got a call-back from Rochester and you're right about the CRTBSCF command
in QSYS38.
