I wrote a service program that handles this. You send it an array of the available F-keys with an array of switches that determines if the F-key should be shown. You also send it the number of available lines (1,2, or ?) It then returns an array of the formatted F-key lines. Pressing F24 rotates you thru the f-keys. It also does Options with F23. The program that does the actual displaying of the lines uses a subfile to do it. If need to change the text on a F-key on the fly, you would need to update the array and rebuild the formatted f-key lines. This also would apply if a f-key that was not shown is now available for showing. If anybody is interested, send your email address directly to me so that we do not clutter up this list.
