This is an option for CRTPGM, but not for CRTBNDRPG. Was this
 added by a PTF or available in V4R3 or V4R4? I am on a machine running
V4R2. I use CRTBNDRPG mostly. I use a H-spec like the following

    H DftActGrp(*No) ActGrp(*Caller) BndDir('MWSRCLIB/BOUND')

so that I can create my programs in a single step.
