Select()

Scott,
Thank You for all your help.  I have completed my first sockets project.
The select function gave me the ability to wait for the response and timeout
just like I do with data queues.  You and all the rest in this list have
been a great help.  Now when the Frame Relay WAN is installed, I will be
ready to connect to the actual host I wrote this mess for.  I have tested
between to AS400s I have here, but not the real application....Never know if
a program is really going to work until in production.
