If the 2 filenames are for the same file, the quick fix
is to remove the filename.  This worked for us.

Otherwise there is a PTF for this.  Look at APAR
SA77925.  The PTF available for V4R2 & V4R3 is
SF53747.  Don't know about the other releases.

We had noticed this problem right away.  The PTF
did not come out until Feb 26, 99, which we got
and applied that day.
