It may slow you down at first but it should get esier to use the
more you use. Right now after using it for about 5 yrs, I highly
dislike it when I use SEU. I use SEU for quick fixes and broswing.
Any indept changes are done with CODE/400. You should be able to
open as many CODE/400 sessions that your PC memory will allow.
For most things you should not NEED to use the mouse. Most
of the stuff you click on has a key combination also. So, you
should be able to do a large portion of your coding without
ever using the mouse. Also, in CODE/400 the TAB key actually
works. It will tab based on the spec you are using.

You also have to go beyond the quickness issue and look at all
the other tools you get with CODE/400. Verifying, Indenting,
Color coding, Navigator(flowchart of your pgm), DSU(GUI designer
for DSPF, PRTF, PF, & LF), easily changed to your wants and desires,
graphically compare two sources, you can find the Endif of an IF,
column specific help, RPG manual a key click away, a great debugger,
and .....

I could go on and on, but I won't. It has A LOT of features besides
just editing source. I highly recommend it to anybody. As far as
crashing your PC, how many times does WindowsXX crash on you. I
crash more in Windows95 than I do in CODE/400.
