I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions for this problem...

We have at a remote site, a Epson high speed line printer, one of those big
tank looking things. Any how, we have it connect via a Jet Direct box (TCP
via a novel network) and we have it set it up as a remote writer....

Here's the problem... We can print to it fine, but the print has some nasty
spacing problems when it come to columns, and some weird symbols mixed in
with the text. I have looked at every dip switch setting on the printer,
I'm having trouble thinking it's that, but who knows.... I don't have the
printer model in front of me, but if anybody has an idea, I can sure get the
model #. It does have a setting for IBM/Epson character tables and I do
have it set to the IBM table....

Any help would be greatly appreciated, if more info is needed to provide a
solution I can get that to.

Thanks, tim
