RE: Jet Direct Box Problem.

to be honest I'm not really up on the hardware side of the 400, its just
that are technical people haven't had the time to resolve this issue yet, so
I was hoping to find out the answer...

Where would I look to check the host print transform option?  Because it's a
remote printer I can't seem to figure out how to access the configuration.
I do know the 400, but I mainly just program it.
