Before the program is submitted, you can over ride the display file to a
"Unused" workstation, e.g. OVRDSPF(DISPLAYFILE) DEV(UNUSEDWS).  Then the
program will run as if interactive.  NOTE: This device cannot be allocated,
not even a sign-on.
