Do your fellow students feel this way also ? If this yields nothing - and I know this may be difficult if you plan on continuing your education at wherever you are - AND if we are getting the WHOLE story, you may need to speak with the department head about all of this (your instructor having no time to meet with you, answer questions, give clear instructions, etc.).
