No go - there must be some authorization deal that is failing... I get a "Netscape is unable to locate the server w3.enterlib.ibm.com.80 The server does not have a DNS entry. Check the server name in the Location (URL) and try again"...
If I omit the w3.enterlib part I get attached but get a "server error"...

That's how my bookmark is set up. I am working a contract at an ibm site but
you should be able to get to this site from the outside using netscape. This
some of the books ibm uses for as400 questions being called in to tech
