Eftimios, I recently had to evaluate change management, the four best candidates were Aldon, Silvon, Thenon, & Turnover The conclusion within the group was even though Silvon was the easiest to use Turnover was far ahead in terms of functionality. Turnover was the most configurable (and one of the most economical) this meant it was complicated to set up initially but that was more than offset by the functionality because of it.
