Hi Alan

We are also using that setup, I had to put an app on my Galaxy S7 for the multi-factor stuff, it's been very transparent using the standard email client on the device. Just looked it up, it's called Authenticator.

I'm just an end user for this stuff but haven't run into any trouble - I even managed to change the password on my email account with no hiccoughs.

Now I have heard of occasional outages of Azure - those could be related, I think.

This is, as they say in the courts, probably a non-responsive response!

I use the default email client on my Galaxy 7S, and it handles even my O365 email just fine. So I have to question putting Outlook on in the first place. My experience a couple or more years back was not good with Outlook. I'm told that things are better now, but, OK.

And the standard email app on an iPad has been working just great, as well.

But you probably have a corporate mandate to go with MS' app.

Hope you have better luck, or can just go native! And if on iPad, be sure to be on the latest version of iOS, I was just told.

Cheers

Does anyone have any experience with deploying this application to their
user base? We have a few users who for whatever reason cannot authenticate
during initial setup, and a few others who cannot authenticate after their
active directory password has been changed. At first it was mostly  android
users but now we are seeing the problem on iPhone 8's and even iPhone 6's
where it used to work until the mandatory password change. It's only a
handful of users so this is perplexing since we've uninstalled/reinstalled,
and included hard and soft device reboots. I've had my best people working
on it too (one is an MCSE fwiw), and we are out of ideas.

Thanks in advance for any input.
