If I put the .lgs file on the IFS, how do I define it and read it within the RPG. It's been a while since my basic RPG programming period. What is confusing is that when I open the PC file with notepad or a Hex editor, I can set the length to 16 or 32 bytes, etc. When it copies to the IFS, how then may I read it and what would be the record length to use?
