I had a similar problem when I hibernated my laptop. Tracked it down to
Windows Media center wanting to update the channel guide. There's a
scheduled task under Microsoft/Media Center, that has an option to wake
the PC to run the task. For some reason even though it was not that
time just yet it still rebooted immediately.

Seems there's a command that will tell you why it just woke up.
