FWIW: I've tried Crashplan, mozy, carbonite, and norton online backup ... all four lack a critical feature for me ... none are able (or willing) to backup data from a mapped network drive. I keep my critical data on a mapped network drive, and then make that drive available offline, so I can update it when I'm not connected to my network.
