Jim

I have managed to feel very dumb trying to install Access for i on V7. I've seen some kind of document with various things to do, to get this install done. This was on the Access site - is it actually as simple as just running the installer from a v7 machine, as it always has been?

Do I need to run it as admin on my Win7 Ultimate laptop?

Thx
Vern

The one I am referring to is the IBM i Navigator/Client Access service
package.

As it happens you can get the service packs from the IFS, once you apply
PTFs the service pack is in there too, but since you don't have a V7
system that might be a bit problematic to get..... ;-)
