If I change the Netmask (255.255.255.0) to a wider (255.255.254.0) range
will there be any network issues with some things (Client PCs) using the
old Netmask while others (Routers/Servers) have already gotten the new
Netmask? No actual IPs will be assigned (at this time) outside the old
Netmask.

I usually can do this and reboot the whole network but this is the first
time I am going to only be able to change the DHCP server and let the
expiration (10 hours but overnight) propagate the Netmask change. I've
tried one trash and rebuild PC that seemed to get along but 1% is not a
100% warranty.

Thanks.
