Shouldn't.
I usually can do this and reboot the whole network but this is the first
time I am going to only be able to change the DHCP server and let the
expiration (10 hours but overnight) propagate the Netmask change.
Or set the lease time down to 10 minutes, wait till all clients have a
10 minute lease, change it, and then change the lease time back up.
Just as DNS changes with the TTL.
