PaintShop Pro has an add-on called Animation Shop which will do this for
you.

It's not free though. Around $69 I think for the software and you can get
it online or at Best Buy.

Anyone know of software (free preferably) that can convert a series of
still images files into a movie?

I've got a webcam setup and it captures a series of still graphics ...
but I would like to convert those graphics into a movie.

Actually, if I could convert the JPG's into an animated GIF that would
be ok too (I think).
