Roger,

Is this a typo:

<...and Microsoft no longer supports tape drives.>

OK. I got caught on an upgrade of a server to Windows 2008. The tape
drive that I had planned to migrate now tells me that their software
won't work on 2008 and Microsoft no longer supports tape drives.

This is a small standard server with MSSQL and a Dat-72 drive. What is
the cheapest recommended software to perform nightly backups?

Thanks.

Roger
