Hi Booth,

Do you know the version of the Cisco client you have ? The one I am using is
"supposed" to be the most current one but they seem to come out at uneven
intervals.

I went through this a while ago.  There is a keep-alive flag in the vpn 
file, but in the end, I had to have a more current version of the vpn 
client.
