Weird Outlook Problem

Hi Folks,

 

Been searching around for a solution to this problem and did find some
suggestions but they either didn't apply specifically or didn't work.

 

Have a user running Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.8010.6568) SP2 and
emails just "stick" in his Outbox.

 

His setting match any other PC we have in the areas not unique to him (i.e.
his name, etc.).

 

You can open a "hung" email and hit Send and it will go, maybe.

 

Moving them all to another folder and then moving them back one at a time
and hit Send/Receive will SOMETIMES send them.

 

Really weird.
