Yeah, I'd be cautious on the preloaded software. I've heard that PC's at some discount houses often come with a LOAD of extra software on them to get you to try and buy. Now, if you ever plan to go into WDSC with that PC, I've heard that disk RPM can make a HUGE difference in the laptop arena. You sacrifice battery for RPM perhaps. I ?think? the number I heard was 7400rpm is what is desired. Rob Berendt
