Eh, I think I found it in the Gmail Help Center: "Configuring your email client: Thunderbird 0.x". Hmmm, maybe I'll give this a shot when I get home. I have to wonder, though. How/why does gmail do this if I never have to see the ads? Doesn't that kind of blow their ad revenue?
