Yes, but... ;-) POP3 will only allow you to retrieve mail, correct? What if I want to use the local client to *send* mail through my gmail or yahoo account? (Is that the SMTP part of it?) IOW, I don't want to have to open a browser to read or send email! Pipe dream? - Dan
