This is all a bit confusing, as Penton is the publisher of iSeries NEWS, to which I am subscribed. I also get several newsletters from them. Scott Klement edits one, right? I've not checked whether pentondirect is really connected.

Penton in USA is known 'as' iSeriesNetwork. Penton Europe resides in UK.
(not 100% sure :-).

But when I lookup with 'Who Is' to find the sender of the mail, this shows up:

'Double Click' is IMO not serious.
Is Penton Europe aware of this ??
