Convert rmj (real player) format to MP3 and AAC

Hi all,

I have been having a dilemma of the last year on deciding on which
multimedia player to standardise on either Real player or Windows
Media player or iTunes.

I like the look and feel of iTunes, so wondered what the forums
general feelings on using iTunes. Any other good alternative players?

If i decide on iTunes, i would need to convert my real player files
(.rmj) so can import into iTunes. Do you know of any good shareware
for this task.
