Just right click on the macro in the Access database and choose create
shortcut.  

Close Access, double click the macro and it will open the access
application, run, then close.

How does one create a short cut to an Access macro?  The macro can be
invoked outside of Access to start up Access, clear the two tables, and do
the imports?  Whoa.
