You could set up a macro in Access to do the import, then create a short cut
to the macro and place it in folder on the PC.  Then the CLP could send a
remote command to the PC to invoke the macro.  You could go a little further
and create a bat file to do the FTP to the web site.

Well, this would be the magic box then.  I have no idea how this would work.
