Thanks Bill, I will certainly have them look for that. I do know that
several of the XP PC's I've seen did NOT have this enabled by default but
with his being a newer PC w/XP, that rev might have turned something like
that on by default !

First thing I'd check is whether they have the XP firewall turned on, my
guess is yes.
