ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement
xlxswriter (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for xlxswriter



The point is that when python is called, it's a *symbolic link* to the
python 3.4 interpreter.

You probably should just delete the symbolic link and create a new one to
python 3.6
