If you need it resolved quickly I would recommend reaching out to IBM directly for some support. Perhaps Jesse G or Tim R can point you in the right direction.

I believe they have open source service offerings now.

Otherwise you can always use the DB2 driver.

Or wait, and wait, and wait for an answer since most of us have it working.
