The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I am cautiously optimistic that within the next couple of months, the
place I work will upgrade to 7.3, and at that point, the RPM-based
stuff should work more smoothly. (Right now, there are some hiccups on
our 7.1 that hasn't been kept up-to-date with PTFs.)
Naturally, I'll be trying out Python 3 on PASE, with itoolkit to talk
to the QSYS side of things. For itoolkit to work, do I have to install
XMLSERVICE separately?
