I may try JT400 it at some point, but that would be introducing a JVM on top of the .Net stuff.

Will be easier to test my XMLSERVICE wrapped since that's already written and uses http/https and CGI already.

The point of the DB access working is communicating with other databases than IBMi as well.

In theory, you should be able to convert JT400 using IKVM to create a .NET executable version of that and that would give you access to the database etc ...??? Anyone (Richard?) game to give it a go?

It probably is not there yet as some features are still missing but Niels and his team make good and steady progress. The project provides a web service framework and the best thing is: it is all ILE and open source.
