Better to just change the shebang line to the scripts to/QOpenSys/usr/bin/sh instead :)
Aaron, I'm guessing QSH, because the shebang line for chroot_setup.sh is
/bin/sh, which is by default a symlink to /QSYS.LIB/QSHELL.LIB/QZSHSH.

In a PASE terminal, that can't be executed so it will fall back to
/QOpenSys/bin/sh which will get you ksh. Better to just change the
shebang
line to the scripts to /QOpenSys/usr/bin/sh instead :)
