Is there anybody here using SEI (Service Express, Inc) for HW maintenance on
the i?

I'm looking for lower priced alternatives to IBM and have a couple of
quotes. The IBM BP is the one suggesting SEI, whom I've never heard of
before. Their quote is $5,550 less than IBM and $3,773 less than ServIT.
The quote is so low it scares me. Yes it's 24x7.
