It is ironic (to be polite) that they charge you $5 if you sign up online where they can process it electronically, but will do it free if you send it in by mail and someone has to actually key the information. And they tell you right up front it will take longer if you mail it and "registering by mail may delay inclusion in the TPS file." Wonder how often they open those envelopes? :) They only update the list quarterly. How much extra time can the mail lag take when there is three months between updates? Doug
