In the middle of my "first three months" as a system operator for a S36 and MAPICS (1987), I was happily navigating between spooled files and I saw too many "unneeded" report, based on the list of report types I had at that time. Then, I saw a humongous report and without hesitation I cancelled. Two minutes later, the Payroll officer ran into the computer center, screaming like crazy... Then I said: Oops! PD.
